Apply for September 2025More Than Just Flower Arrangement
When Zahra first approached us last year, she was working in accounting but spending every weekend watching YouTube tutorials about bouquet making. Now she runs her own studio in downtown Baku. That transformation didn't happen overnight—it required structured learning, hands-on practice, and honest feedback from experienced professionals.
Our program isn't about quick fixes or weekend workshops. We've designed this as a serious professional development path for people who want to build sustainable careers in floristry. You'll work with real clients, handle actual wedding consultations, and learn the business side that most people never talk about.
- Weekly hands-on workshops with professional-grade materials
- Direct mentorship from established floristry professionals
- Business development modules covering pricing and client relations
- Portfolio development for job applications and freelance work
- Access to wholesale supplier networks in Azerbaijan
- Small group sessions limited to 8 participants maximum
Amira Qashqai
Lead Floristry Instructor
Amira has been creating floral designs professionally for over a decade, working with luxury hotels and event planners across the Caucasus region. She believes that floristry is equal parts artistry and business acumen—something most schools forget to teach.
12-Week Learning Journey
Each week builds systematically on the previous one. We start with fundamentals and progress to advanced commercial techniques that working florists actually use.
Weeks 1-3
Foundation Skills & Flower Biology
Understanding flower anatomy, seasonal availability, and basic preservation techniques. You'll learn why some combinations work and others fail—knowledge that separates hobbyists from professionals.
Weeks 4-6
Commercial Arrangement Techniques
Moving beyond Pinterest-worthy designs to arrangements that transport well, last longer, and can be recreated consistently. These are the skills that get you hired.
Weeks 7-9
Event Floristry & Large Installations
Working on wedding-scale projects where timing, logistics, and budget management matter as much as artistic vision. You'll practice with real event scenarios.
Weeks 10-12
Business Development & Portfolio Creation
The practical side most courses skip—pricing your work realistically, handling difficult clients, and building a portfolio that actually wins contracts.
September 2025 Enrollment
We're accepting applications for our autumn cohort through July 2025. This program requires genuine commitment—12 weeks of intensive learning, practice sessions, and real-world application.
Program Investment: We'll discuss pricing during your consultation call. What matters more is whether you're ready for serious professional development in floristry.
